CERA SYSTEM GmbH is a leading producer of technical ceramics. The scope of supply includes ceramic valves, ball valves, gate valves, ceramic lined pipes and fittings, ceramic nozzles, static mixers and other devices made of ceramics, which are used where the medium has abrasive and corrosive properties as well as high temperature.
The materials used are: alumine, zirconia, silicon carbide, silicon nitride.
Standard valves can work with media temperatures up to +300°C, special versions up to +850°C. Gas tightness versions on request with TA-Luft packing system.
CERA SYSTEM valves are used in: desulphurization systems for lime milk flow shut off and regulation, transport of acids contaminated with solids, titanium dioxide pigment handling, hot hydrochloric acid systems.
